How we made it
VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
After harvesting, the grapes are crushed, pressed and floated. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13 ° C. maturation in steel with battonage on fine lees for a period of 2/3 months with a further period of at least one month in the bottle before sale.
Straw yellow color, the nose shows a strong hint of exotic sweet fruit, floral and mineral.
At the table it goes well with light appetizers, simple first courses, fish, crustaceans and fresh cheeses.
