>>Picking and wine making period : end of Octobers, Manual harvesting.
>>Vinification in red of 20/23 days at controlled temperature, it then follows the aging in French oak barrels of 225 lt. for about 11 months and then in glass.
>>Alcoholic content: 13,5% vol;
>>Suggested serving temperature: 20°,we suggest to uncork the bottle few hours before serving.
