How we made it
VARIETY: 100% white Muscat

Aging in steel on noble lees with a bâtonnage period of about 2/4 months and at least one month in the bottle.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, aromas of peach and sage fruit, floral. In the mouth it is fresh and savory with a good structure.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with light first courses, shellfish fish and hazelnut-based desserts.
