>>Picking and wine making period: End of October, manual harvesting .
>>Vinification in red with a fermentation of 20/23 days with controlled temperature, followed by aging in French oak barrels for about 24 months and then in glass.
>>Alcoholic content: 14% vol;
>>Suggested serving temperature: 20°, we advise to uncork the bottle some hours before serving it.
