Shipping Policy

This market is self-managed by the Vignaioli who are members of the Temporary Association of Purpose "Mercato dei Vignaioli" who have built the e-commerce platform called "il Mercato dei Vignaioli" (hereinafter the Market) and manage it directly. Each vignaiolo participating in this project is in charge to keep a stock of bottles available at the Market's whareouse, where all orders are shipped from. For any info or issue related to your order, please contact the shipping company directly for a quick answer and take a not of your order number and tracking code you received by email. However, remember that you can always contact the winery for information about your order.
By accepting the Conditions of Sale signed at the time of order confirmation, the Customer is informed that he will give direct mandate to the company Mail Boxes Etc. MBE 2529 (hereinafter MBE), responsible for the logistics of the Market, to send the products ordered on their own behalf to their address and that the Customer must report exclusively to MBE for any dispute relating to the shipping and delivery procedures.

Refund Policy

According to the provisions of articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, in case of purchase of products on the market, as a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons, within 30 days from the date of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to send a written communication (email or post) to the Vignaiolo from whom you purchased (or to each of the Vigniaoli from whom you purchased in the case of mixed orders), to the addresses listed on the each store. If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be refund for all payments you have made to the Vignaiolo, including delivery costs no later than 14 days from the day the Vignaiolo receives your notice of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
The Vignaiolo has the right to suspend the refund until the returned bottles have been received.
Please return the bottles to the cellar without undue delays and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract.
The return shipping costs are at your expense.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you receive a box damaged by the courier, broken or stained by the spill of wine from broken bottles, please reject the shipment to the sender. If the shipment consists of more than one package, and not all of them are damaged, reject only the damaged package by signing the courier's delivery note "With Reserve".
If for some reason one or more bottles should have been damaged but they are still ok (for example damaged label or capsule), please contact the Vignaiolo immediately at the address shown on the Winery page, attaching a photo of the damage, describing its nature and entity. The Vignaiolo will answer you as soon as possible to agree on the replacement or refund. In order to request a refund or replacement, the bottle must be intact, i.e. not opened. The reporting and request for a refund or replacement must be made within 14 days of the date of the order.
Return costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Once the returned bottles have been received, the Vignaiolo will send new bottles at no additional cost or start the refund procedure
