The Portal “Vinegrowers Market- Virtual Winery” (hereinafter Market) is an idea of Gregorio Galli and Caterina Gargari (Authors) who are the owners and main developers and who sell the brand as a free loan and the website to the Temporary Purpose Association “The Vinegrowers’ Market” (hereafter ATS) and to its leader, the Association of Independent Tuscan Vinegrowers. ATS uses the Market as a tool for its members (hereinafter Vinegrower), for the promotion and sale of their wines. This does not mean any intermediation or commercial activity on the part of ATS

Purchases are reserved for registered users only. You can register during your first purchase. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to buy on this e-shop.

Payments and guaranties

Any economic transactions that take place between the Winegrower and the end customer (hereinafter the Customer) do not involve the ATS in any way , which provides this Market free of charge and non-profit to all its members. Any commercial agreement for the sale / purchase of products on the website is therefore established exclusively between the vinegrower and the customer. The Vinegrower is directly responsible for the quality and compliance with the wine sector regulations of any product on sale and he is directly responsible in the negotiations with the Customer regarding any dispute, complaints, returns, replacements and refunds.

Shipping Policies

This market is self-managed by the Independent Vinegrowers, members of the Temporary Association of Purpose “IThe Vinegrowers’ Market” who have built the e-commerce platform called “The Vinegrowers’ MarketVirtual Winery” (hereinafter Market) and manage it directly. The shipment is entrusted to the MBE 2959 agency which will directly receive the order and will arrange for the shipment.

By accepting the Conditions of Sale signed at the time of order confirmation, the Customer is informed that he will give direct mandate to the company Mail Boxes Etc. center MBE 2529 (hereinafter MBE), responsible for the logistics of the Market, to send the products ordered on their own account and that the Customer must report exclusively to MBE for any disputes relating to shipping and delivery procedures.

Refund Policies

In compliance with the provisions of articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, in case of purchase of products on this eshop, as a Customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons, within 30 days from the delivery date. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to send a written communication (email or postal mail) to the Vinegrower from whom you purchased (or to each of the Vinegrowers from whom you purchased in the case of mixed orders), to the addresses listed on the each store. If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made in favor of the Vinegrower, including delivery costs no later than 14 days from the day on which the Vinegrower will have received your notice of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. The Vinegrowerhas the right to suspend the refund until the returned bottles are received.

Therefore, please return the bottles to the Vinegrower without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal from this sale contract.

The return shipping costs are at your expense.

Cancellatio policies, / Return / Change

If you receive packages damaged by the courier, broken or stained by the spill of wine from broken bottles, please reject the shipment to MBE. If the shipment consists of more than one package, and not all of them are damaged, please reject the damaged package only by signing the courier’s delivery note “With Reserve”.

If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged but not broken (for example damaged label or capsule), contact the Vinegrower immediately at the address shown on the Winery page, attaching a photo of the damage, describing its nature and the entity. The Vinegrower answers you as soon as possible to agree on the replacement or refund. In order to request a refund or replacement, the bottle must be intact, i.e. not open. The report and the request for a refund or replacement must be received within 14 days of receiving the order. The return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once the returned bottles have been received, the Vinegrower will send the replaced bottles at no additional cost or start the refund procedure.
